Due to the nature of our products, we do not issue refunds, nor do we offer exchanges. Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel, adjust or apply discounts. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. 

2. Cancellations

After the order has been processed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment department for shipping. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded.

We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address.
